All of the 60 projects are in and the judges are working  to select finalists and winners of the 2021 Merit Awards!

As the Merit Awards are considered  the “Academy Awards” of the building industry, the recipient of each Merit Award is kept secret right up to the evening of the CBC’s Merit Awards. The awards are revealed sequentially during the tense moments of reviewing each finalist project, then announcing the winner, this year all online from the comfort of your living room!

We are continuing our virtual format - and we promise it will be even more entertaining and fun than last year all the while honoring some of Chicago's most thrilling projects!
